How We Work
Each session lasts for one hour.
Your own appointment time is specific for you and can't be filled by anyone else. As such non attendance will still be charged except in certain circumstances (which will be discussed in your initial consultation).
Any holidays taken over two sessions will be charged for, as your place is secured for you.
Ongoing counselling is not readily available through the NHS. We offer the opportunity to explore your difficulties without time constraints.
The Counsellor at the initial assessment will help you decide if counselling is appropriate for you.
